Can I still get my bonus pay if I’m fired (wrongfully dismissed) from my job? In most cases, yes - unless you have agreed otherwise (such as in an employment contract).

For many employees, bonus pay can make up a very big chunk of their overall income, and it’s worthwhile ensuring it is included in a severance package - although your employer will rarely agree (and will almost always push back)! @
