I’ve turned down appointments lately..

& I’m LEARNING to be okay with it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

(Which, if I’m being honest, absolutely kills the hustler in me 😩)

Not because I don’t love real estate. Because I DO. Soooo much. ❤️

Not because I don’t want the business.

& definitely not because I’ve stopped caring about my clients. 🙅🏻‍♀️

I’m just in a different era of my life & business.

I’m a realtor AND a mom.

I have a toddler, a big kid home for summer, a house to run, meals to make, laundry that somehow never ends 😂 & a family that deserves the best parts of me too.

The truth is, I just don’t have the capacity right now to compete against teams of agents for a listing, chase people down, or spend hours convincing someone why they should choose me.

I want to work with the people who WANT to work with me.

Because I know this season is temporary.
I’ll blink & my kids will be older. And when that happens? I can go full throttle. 🏎️💨

But until then, I’d much rather grow my business through referrals, relationships & people who trust me enough to send their friends & family my way.

That means setting boundaries around my time & what I’m willing to sacrifice to grow my business. ⏰

Because at this stage of life, success isn’t just about how many clients I can squeeze into my calendar. 📅

It’s about being present for my kids. Having energy left at the end of the day. Protecting my peace. ✌️

And, frankly, maintaining a tiny shred of sanity. 😂

I’m not trying to be the busiest realtor.

I’m trying to build a business that fits into my life - not a life that revolves entirely around my business.

So if you’re someone who wants to work with me, I’m here. ❤️

& if you’re looking for an agent to compete with 10 other agents for your listing, chase you down & fight for the opportunity…

…I’m probably not your girl.

& ya know what? That’s okay.

Because I’m learning that saying NO to what doesn’t fit.. makes a whole lot more room for the RIGHT people. ✨

The clients who value relationships.
The clients who value trust.
The clients who want an agent who genuinely cares.

Those are my people. ❤️

Before you start looking at homes, ask yourself one question 🤔:

"Will this home grow with my family?" 🏡❤️

When you're moving with kids, it's about so much more than just bedrooms & bathrooms.

You have to think about:
✨ The school district & nearby parks 🛝
✨ Safe streets & walkable neighbourhoods
✨ Space for play, homework & family dinners 🍝
✨ Your daily commute & access to activities 🚗
✨ Whether the home will still fit your family's needs 5 - 10 years from now

The right home isn't always the biggest or the newest - it's the one that supports the life you want to build.

Real estate never sleeps.. & apparently neither does my household. 😴

Currently in the middle of the 18 month sleep regression, running on caffeine & very little sleep. The kids are watching TV, the dog has taken over my bed & I’m just trying to survive. 😂☕️
