A huge Shout out & Thank you to all our family, friends but most of all our Clients who came out Saturday afternoon to spend time with us at our Client Appreciation BBQ.

Derek Favret and Kimberley Husson are The Selling Simcoe York Team with Royal LePage RCR Realty. As many of you may or maybe didn't know (but know now) we celebrate 28 years combined experience and service this year and without you we wouldn't be able to celebrate this milestone. ❤️

The weather was perfect even though we had a slight sprinkle 😉.

There was lots of food, fun and prizes for everyone!

Unfortunately as the hostess, I did a lot of running around and giving away prizes and didn't take many pictures!

I can't wait to see all our t- shirts while we are out in the community! Enjoy wearing them and be sure to keep referring all your family & friends the next time they need a trusted Real Estate Team!

Congratulations to all the graduates of 2026. Well done on another year of learning and growing.

Some of you might be heading to the next grade, some might be off to highschool while others are heading to college or university.

Whichever stage you are in well done 👍. Enjoy the next few months they will go by quickly and before you know it's the first day of school again!

Sending a huge congratulations to Tim Hortons and Sunnybrae Public School in Stroud for the amazing fundraising event. This will surely help with the playground or anything else on the schools list that needs improving! Go Bulldogs!

We are looking forward to becoming a bigger part of the Bulldogs / Sunnybrae school community this fall when the kiddos start their school venture. JK.... where did the last 4 years go?
Happy and Sad all at the same time.
