Two things worth doing before the deadline:
โœ… Claim your Home Owner Grant. It's at least $570 off your property tax bill, and more if you qualify for the senior or veteran top-ups. You have to claim it every year, even if you've claimed it before. A lot of people miss this one.

โœ… If you're buying or selling before July 2, talk to your lawyer or notary now about who's responsible for paying the tax and claiming the grant. Sorting it out early saves a headache at completion.

You can pay online, by mail, or in person. Instructions are on your tax bill.
