Je suis contre l'idée d'imposer une exigence de connaissance du français aux époux, épouses, parents, ou grands-parents des Québécois qui se font parrainer pour venir rejoindre leur famille au Québec. Encourager, oui. Imposer, non. Nous sommes une société pluraliste qui existe dans le monde réel ou des humains ont des familles. Cela importe beaucoup plus que la langue parlée à l'arrivée.

As IRCC modernizes their systems, they must respect the right to counsel and cease excluding lawyers and other immigration representatives. Such exclusions undermine the rule of law and go against Canadian liberal democratic values.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada must not exclude counsel from its portals and platforms.
