FTX collapsing, ETH and BTC prices dropping, ridiculously highly valuated NFT projects falling down... and yet, the shaken world of blockchain remains standing.

We had the pleasure to host and co-moderate a discussion regarding the impact brought by blockchain on the legal sector in collaboration with Fashion By Law Genatec

We heard directly from Emma Landriault on the various technologies and benefits around blockchain and, finally, an incredibly insightful explanation as to what the Web3 is. An overview of blockchain technology, those who attended gained a rudimentary understanding of the various utilities surrounding blockchain and the inherent technology back it.

And boy, did the questions keep flowing in! If that wasn't enough, the talk lead into a discussion about regulation, legal application of blockchain, and many industry uses that this post could not do justice.

And this is why we are proud to announce that this talk is the first of many to come in a Tech Lunch & Learn in 2023. With more cool speakers, with more specific topics, from the Web3, to new uses of NFTs, to DeFi, to regulatory frameworks, and even anything relating to Tech.

This will be a 1.5 hour presentation by Emma Landriault and followed with a Q&A with both Shenaz Mohammed and Patricia Chamoun. It qualifies for CPD in Quebec and Ontario.
