Daniel Avocate / Lawyer Me Daniel is a member of the Barreau du Québec since January 2013 who developed over the years a diversified and human practice.

She practices namely in civil law, family law, labour law as well as housing law. She appeared in front of the Québec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Quebec, the Court of Québec both as a lower court and as an appeal court for decisions from the Régie du logement. She represented clients in many different districts including Montreal, Longueuil, Laval, Joliette, Trois-Rivières et St-Jérome.

Me Daniel also represented clients through the negotiations of settlements, amicable arrangements both between parties and during settlement conferences, mediation, and conciliation. Before starting her own solo practice in mars 2013, Me Daniel worked for six years at the Commission des normes du travail du Québec (Labour Standards Commission). She started as an inspector investigating employers and negotiating settlements for employees who filed complaints against their employers. She went on to do her legal articling with the Commission. Continually eager to help others, Me Daniel is involved with the Quebec Coalition of Sexual Assault Centers, the Young Bar Association of Montreal's Pro Bono Committee and help youth through the free legal service Mercredi, j'en parle à mon avocat. During her studies, Me Daniel was namely involved in the UQAM Legal Clinic as well as Pro Bono Quebec.
