Edelweiss, in partnership with SWISS International Air Lines, will commence its Winter flight operations to Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) on 28 October, operating two flights per week. This milestone marks a significant step in strengthening air connectivity between Sri Lanka and Switzerland. The service will be operated using an Airbus A340 aircraft configured with 27 Business Class, 76 Premium Economy, and 211 Economy seats.

India has officially implemented the Digital Disembarkation Card, known as the e-Arrival Card, for all foreign travelers.

All foreign visitors must complete the e-Arrival Card online before arriving in India through indianvisaonline.gov.in/earrival or via mobile app Indian Visa Su-swagatam (available on Android and iOS).

Indian citizens and OCI card holders are exempt.
