C’est toujours un moment excitant — autant pour mes acheteurs que pour moi! 🙌
Mais qu’est-ce que ça veut dire exactement, une promesse d’achat acceptée? 🤔
En gros, c’est le moment où le vendeur dit « 𝒐𝒖𝒊, 𝒋’𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒆 𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 » 🎉
Mais attention, on n’a pas encore les clés! 🔑
À partir de là, on entre dans une période qu’on appelle 𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔. Voici quelques exemples :
📋 inspection du bâtiment
🏦 approbation du financement
📝 vérification des documents (titre, certificat de localisation, etc.)
C’est une étape cruciale où tout doit bien s’emboîter avant de passer au notaire.
Et c’est là que mon rôle devient super important : je m’assure que mes clients soient bien encadrés, informés et protégés à chaque étape. 💪❤️
Chaque dossier est une nouvelle aventure, et celle-ci avance à grands pas vers la ligne d’arrivée! 🥳

Always such an exciting moment — for my buyers and for me! 🙌
But what does it actually mean to have an accepted promise to purchase? 🤔
In simple terms, it’s when the seller says “ 𝒚𝒆𝒔, 𝑰 𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓!” 🎉
But hold on — the keys aren’t in hand just yet! 🔑
From there, we move into what’s called the 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒅, where we need to check off a few important steps. Here are a few examples:
📋 building inspection
🏦 financing approval
📝 verification of documents (title, certificate of location, etc.)
It’s a crucial phase where everything needs to align perfectly before heading to the notary.
