Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal specializing in Real Estate Law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and finalize real estate final reports
• Follow up on undertakings and ensure timely completion
• Open and organize new client and transaction files
• Conduct bank runs and handle deposit deliveries/pickups
• Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate closings

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate law
• Strong knowledge of residential/commercial real estate transactions
• Proficient with legal software(e.g.,Unity,
Conveyancer)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
• Access to a vehicle is an asset (for bank runs)

Hours:
Full-Time / 37.5 hrs per week/ Monday-Friday

Nous recherchons un(e) parajuriste expérimenté(e) en droit immobilier pour se joindre à notre équipe juridique. Le/La candidat(e) idéal(e) sera organisé(e), minutieux(se) et capable de travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement juridique dynamique.

Principales responsabilités :
• Préparer et finaliser les rapports finaux immobiliers
• Assurer le suivi des engagements et veiller à leur exécution dans les délais
• Ouvrir et organiser les dossiers de nouveaux clients et de transactions
• Effectuer les virements bancaires et gérer les livraisons et les retraits des dépôts
• Participer aux tâches administratives liées aux clôtures immobilières

Qualifications :
• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en droit immobilier
• Solide connaissance des transactions immobilières résidentielles et commerciales
• Maîtrise des logiciels juridiques (p. ex. : Unity, Conveyancer)
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
• Capacité à gérer les échéances et à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément
• Disposer d’un véhicule est un atout (pour les virements bancaires)

Horaires :
Temps partiel pour débuter (horaires flexibles), avec possibilité de temps plein selon le rendement et la charge de travail.
