AFFIDAFIT OF SERVICE
Certifying that a legal document has been served to another individual. This type of certification is commonly used when divorce or custody papers have be served and can be used to certify any type of legal document has been served either localy or elsewhere. CERTIFYING COPIES OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS
This is for the purpose of Certifying that the document is a true copy of the ori
ginal document. The commissioner of oaths New Brunswick does not certify the content of the document, only that is is an exact duplicate of the original. CONSENT TO TRAVEL FOR MINORS OR THE INCAPACITATED
A document that gives the named individual permission to travel with the said minor and or an incapicitated person by their parent(s) or legal guardian(s). PROOF OF LOSS - INSURANCE CLAIM
A Declaration by the commisioner of oaths that they have witness the individual(s) sign an insurance proof of loss form before them in order for the said party to submit a claim to their insurance company for loses they have incured. RESIDENCY DOCUMENTATION
This service is commonly used by new immigrants coming into Canada or by Canadian Citizens that may be sending certain documents abroad and need the affidavit accompanying the document certified by a Commisioner of Oaths. The Commissioner of Oaths takes the said parties Oaths & Declaration that they have mutually agreed upon the terms of the said document. The involved parties may chose to use the same Commissioner of Oaths at time of signing or do it seperatly with the same or another Commissioner at another time. The Commisioner in no way is involved inthe drafting or preparation of the said document they only affirm that the said parties have agrred on the terms. AFFIRMING WILL & TESTAMENTS
The Commissioner of Oath may affirm or take Oath from an individual as to their Last Will and Testament. After the affirmation by the Commisioner of Oaths, the document may be filed with the Province for safe keeping and public record (this is recommended) or kept by the individual in the safe place. DECLARATION RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP
Whether it is the pensioner naming his spouse for the right of survivorship or the spouse submitting an application to claim the right of survivorship. The Commissioner of Oath affirms or takes oath that the said party is the person named in the document. SWEARING IN OF AFFIDAVITS
The swearing in of an affidafit, is the act by the Commissioner of Oaths in taking your oath as a declaration that the the content of the document is true by afixing their official stamp. A commissioner of oaths only certifies that the required oath or affirmation or declaration has been properly administered and does not certify the truth of the statement contained in a document, this remains the responsibility of the declarant/deponents.
