Interesting stats on Housing market. After a difficult time in '09 the market is growing like weeds. What couldn't be SOLD last year is going into multiple offers this year. What are buyers thinking! Thye didnt buy when the market was down, yet they line up to buy when the market is peaking. What happened to 'Buy low - sell high!'

How Many families are House POOR NOW!? What about when the interest rates get higher? Are we not all strapped for cash? Housing costs, cars, kids, incomes, debt! there is an unsettling as to what will happen to mortgage rates. having a mortgage of $350,000 or higher is not uncommon> WIll you lose your house???
