We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Call Real Estate Leads & follow up with their requirements
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer queries
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Create Posts for IG & pages

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

This is a full 30 hrs a week position which will be increased to 40 hr based on your performance.

2. Past experience in tele marketing
3. Great interpersonal skills
4. Willing to work in different shifts, minimum 4 days a week
5. Expertise in CRM and calling via CRM
6. Detailed oriented.
7. Need to work in 3 shifts in a day, 8:30am - 9:30 am, 12pm - 1pm. 5:30pm - 7:30pm. ( 4 hrs a day)
8. Fluency in English
9. Basic Knowledge of cities around GTA and intersections.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING WILL BE A BONUS TO GET PAID MORE.
