Today, I wanted to share another milestone, to timestamp this award to commemorate my first ever business hat trick! It resulted in receiving the Top Sales award for March 2021 🏆 Three accepted bully offers in one day was not an easy task in this multiple offer climate. Juggling three separate families all requiring my attention on their offer, then presenting and negotiating all three offers successively and successfully.
The best feeling was getting all three offers accepted below 50-80K under market price merely through being able to negotiate the numbers and appraise the recent area sales. Every day I strive to continue to grow and learn expert negotiation skills from top Realtors and business owners mastering in our field. This award is proof that continuing education is priceless. If there's an opportunity to grow, to learn, to experience.. take it.

Just when we thought we were going to have a wasteful day being snowed in, we end up completing 75% of our 6 month wedding planning task list instead!
