The Court of Appeal of Ontario overturns the Superior Court’s dismissal of a Charter application by 14 individuals who were evicted from homeless encampments in Heegsma v. Hamilton. MCLS is proud to have been co-counsel on this important case with Sujit Choudhry of Circle Barristers.
