New rental renovation rules are here in Mississauga.

Starting today, a new City by-law will help make the process clearer and fairer when major repairs or renovations require a tenant to leave their rental home.

The new rules introduce additional requirements for landlords and protections for tenants.

Learn more about the new rules and what they mean for our community: https://www.mississauga.ca/city-of-mississauga-news/news/attention-landlords-and-tenants-new-renovation-and-repair-rules-start-september-1/?fbclid=IwY2xjawUD_2RwZG9mAWV4dG4DYWVtAjEwAGJyaWQRMUExQkg1cndYcTVrWUt0OGxzcnRjBmFwcF9pZBAyMjIwMzkxNzg4MjAwODkyAAEeLiRsGzLYnvSTLwvVwBV5VV5cYRWfmDDrC0v49qp0Bhry1BJO1KEL236S2LA_aem_Q5NTYkvsSVKKN_DeRQmiVA
