Yesterday marked an inspiring milestone as I visited the election office of 𝗡𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗺 𝗡𝗮𝗾𝘃𝗶, the official candidate for the 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻–𝗙𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 in the upcoming federal election on April 28, 2025. With just two weeks remaining until election day, the atmosphere was electric—filled with determination, strategic focus, and a shared vision for progress.

𝗔 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻of Najam and the entire team. I had the privilege of:

Participating in campaign activities, including door-to-door outreach and community engagement initiatives.

𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻-𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 sessions to discuss key priorities, voter outreach tactics, and the path to victory.

𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱 the team’s meticulous organization and unwavering commitment to connecting with voters.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗢𝘂𝘁
Najam Naqvi’s leadership is a testament to what politics should be—𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. The team’s focus on addressing the real concerns of London–Fanshawe residents—from affordable housing to healthcare access and economic opportunities—resonated deeply with me.

With 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁, the momentum is undeniable. Every volunteer, conversation, and door knocked is amplifying the campaign’s message: 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻–𝗙𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘄𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵. Personal investment funds and minimum equity
You must make minimum investments in your business from your personal net worth. If your proposed business is to be located:

within the Greater Toronto Area, you must make a minimum personal investment of $600,000 Canadian
outside of the Greater Toronto Area, you must make a minimum personal investment of $200,000 Canadian
You must control at least one-third of the equity in the business.

If your proposed business is in the information and communications technology/digital communications sector then regardless of location, you must make a minimum personal investment of $200,000 Canadian and control at least of one-third of the equity in the business.

Please note that passive investments, including mutual and/or pooled fund securities, while permissible for the purpose of satisfying the minimum personal net worth criterion, are ineligible for inclusion in an applicant’s minimum business investment amount.

Real Estate Lawyer Fees for Purchase in Ontario is $999 + Tax.

Our Real Estate Lawyer fee for a cash purchase is $999 + Tax. Add $99 if purchasing with a mortgage. We charge flat legal fees for buying a property and do not charge additional fees if your property value is higher.

What is Included in Legal Fees:

All internal law office disbursements include file opening charges, fax, photocopies, phone, postage, and travel.
Review of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, review of title search, writ search, title insurance. Drafting and registering all closing documents, including title transfer and mortgage documents and completing the real estate purchase per the highest standards and protocols.
One Appointment/ Mobile Signing.
Third-Party Closing Costs NOT included;

Land Transfer Tax;
Title Insurance (As Per Invoice);
Registration cost of $82.0 per Transfer or Mortgage;
Flat third-party disbursements cost $350 + HST for one title search, two writ searches, two ex*****on searches, bank charges, wire charges, conveyancer charges, software charges. Important Note: We have capped and disclosed third-party disbursements at $350 + Tax. There are no hidden charges last minute.
