There are different kinds of Power of Attorney (s) in Ontario, for example:
· A Continuing Power of Attorney for Property (CPOA): which covers the financial affairs and allows the person one names to make decisions for him even if one becomes mentally incapable.
· A non-continuing Power of Attorney for Property: This covers your financial affairs but can’t be used if you become mentally incapable. You might give this Power of Attorney, for example, if you need someone to look after your financial transactions while you’re away from home for an extended period of time.
· A Power of Attorney for Personal Care (POAPC): This covers the personal decisions, such as health care when one becomes incapacitated.

Work Permit is a must if you would like to work in Canada. There are three types of work permits issued on temporary basis:

• Open: You can work for any employer except for those who do not abide by the regulations of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, and International Mobility Program.
• Post Graduate: It allows graduates to gain experience especially as they seek to improve their chances of acquiring Permanent Residency status.
• Employer Specific: It includes your employer’s name, location, and the period for working.
A work permit has an expiration date as does the study permit.
