It’s almost the holiday season!

It’s not done yet but December is usually for holiday shopping 😅

2023 was a real estate roller coaster 🎢, and members were not shy to tell us how they feel!

But we monitored the market, stayed with our members, updated them, informed them, loved and nurtured them, and showed them that it’s actually not as bad as CP24 makes it seem.

For years now, people have trusted real estate as their equity builder, and thankfully that trust isn’t being let down ❤️

Our members who bought homes this year were afraid - but as annual catch up calls come about, we’ve had a chuckle with them reminding them how our relationship started versus now, enjoying home ownership, getting cozy in their own home in the colder weather, and watching their equity still grow.
