CUAET! ВНИМАНИЕ! ДО 31 ИЮЛЯ

Вы можете иметь право на открытое разрешение на работу в соответствии с иммиграционными мерами для граждан УКРАИНЫ, если вы соответствуете ОБОИМ нижеследующим требованиям:

1) ваша заявка в рамках мер CUAET была одобрена 4 февраля 2024 г. или после этой даты, и
2) вы в настоящее время находитесь в Канаде с действительным статусом временного жителя в соответствии с мерами CUAET.

Если вы имеете на это право, вы может подать заявление на получение нового открытого разрешения на работу сроком до 3 лет.
- можете подать заявку на продление текущего разрешения на работу
Освобождаются от уплаты:
- плата за разрешение на работу
- плата за обладателя открытого разрешения на работу
- сбор за биометрию (если применимо)
Крайний срок подачи заявки: Вы должны подать заявку не позднее 31 июля 2024 года.

ЕСЛИ ЖЕ Вы прибыли в Канаду ДО 31 марта 2024 И вы хотите подать заявление на продление вашего пребывания, разрешения на работу или разрешения на учебу, вы должны подать заявление в рамках обычной процедуры и оплатить стандартные сборы за обработку.

I feel I look lost in this photo. Thinking about a will makes many of us look lost. Where do you even start?

I explain it in detail during a consultation, but in short, think about

(1) who will be the GUARDIAN of your child immediately and
(2) long-term if something happens to you - this can be the same as #1;
(3) at what AGE your child can inherit in the above case - many people think 18, default without a will, is too immature;
(4) WHO will ADMINISTER the estate - this can be the same as #1, and I recommend at least two backups;
(5) who will LOOK AFTER YOUR CHILD'S MONEY - can be the same as #1 or #4;
(6) who will GET YOUR INHERITANCE if you outlive your first choice;
(7) do you want to leave anything to your parents or anybody else - percentage or gift;
(8)do you want to leave any lasting legacy, such as gifts for charitable purposes;
(9)do you want to protect the inheritance from your beneficiary's spouse in case of their divorce;
(10)how you can minimize the possibility of conflict and litigation between family members;
(11) how to avoid unnecessary costs, and much more...

This is a real-life Fairy Tale!

This is how I started my legal arguments for a permanent residence application on humanitarian and compassionate grounds for my 14 year old client, who was scouted by one of the top baseball training clubs in Canada while he was visiting here.

It’s only 6 months from the day we submitted his application and today we submitted his declaration for PR card. This is a life-time and life-changing opportunity for this boy. Magic does exist!
