From Amy Dale, Gunn & Associates:

As a result of an inability to find support staff to replace those who are retiring, and effective May 13, 2022, I will cease the real estate portion of my practice.

I will handle any files that I have taken on prior to May 13, 2022 with closing dates after May 13, 2022, but will take on no new files.

I will still continue to handle the conveyancing work related to any severances I obtain for clients, conveyancing work for my municipal/institutional clients and that related to any estate administration or litigation files.

I would like to sincerely thank all of the clients that have chosen me to assist them in their real estate transactions over the last 20+ years and anyone, including those in the real estate profession, that have referred clients to me.

To our clients and Facebook Followers: Contrary to what was reported by CTV news in the article linked below, GUNN & ASSOCIATES WAS NOT BROKEN INTO. Please spread the word so that we can correct this error as soon as possible.

Police have charged seven people after they broke into a law firm on Centre Street in St. Thomas earlier this month.

We Care about Our Staff and Clients

The Coronavirus has and continues to take a toll on all aspects of our lives. Our primary concern is the health of everyone including their families.

Therefore, our offices will be closed to all members of the public as of 1:00 p.m. on Thursday the 19th of March, 2020. Thereafter, there will only be a skeleton staff available but there will be no meetings held in the offices unless some arrangement is made with the Lawyer responsible for an individual file.

The foregoing does not mean that you cannot communicate with the Lawyers and designated Staff by telephone or email and you are encouraged to do so.
