Catching up on stats! So there was a little more movement in the September market. It is still a Buyer’s Market but the average price ticked up and the months of inventory went down and lots of new listings so it’s nice to see any movement especially considering the current state of the world affairs with tariffs and gas prices. Things are moving and so should you!
