Just another day at an open house… 🕷️🏡

A couple was touring the home—he was downstairs, she was in the living room, and I was working on my laptop in the dining room.

Suddenly, she said, “Wow, I’ve never seen a spider that big in Canada.”

Naturally, I froze. 😂

I cautiously went over to look and—yes—it was HUGE. She asked for a paper towel, but I already knew there weren’t any. Without hesitation, she ran to the bathroom, grabbed some toilet paper, caught the spider, and flushed it before it could disappear under the furniture.

I told her she was my hero!

We had a good laugh afterward, but honestly… if I’d been there alone, the spider may have become the home’s newest resident. 🕷️🔑

You never know what might happen at an open house!
