Follow The Bouncing Ball…
Or
Don’t.
This may rub a few folks the wrong way but I’m
not here to make friends.
I’m here to impact others in terms of building their business and quality of life inside of it…
Truth Hurts sometimes…
But it can be a serious catalyst to change if we embrace it and learn:
How To Lay A ROCK SOLID Foundation.
The same type of Foundation that helped me sell a couple hundred homes in my first few years in the business…
The same type of Foundation that helped me scale to the #1 Team at my previous brokerage for units sold and gross commission.
The same type of Foundation that helped me build one of the top independents in the nation.
The same type of Foundation that’s helped me help countess others get similar results.
And…
As part of all the “SUCCESS” above…
I’ve also had….
A Pile of Failure along the way that I got to OWN.
A Pile of Guidance I had to pay for in order to LEARN.
A Pile of Pain I Got To Experience
(Pain is temporary. Pride is permanent).
That is called Personal Responsibility.

So that’s a little bit about my story…
But here’s the story that typically unfolds right about now…
Maybe this sounds or feels familiar…
Right about now you’re going to start seeing the following in markets across North America.
It’s the typical real estate story that happens year after year, decade after decade.
1. Those that didn’t commit to personal or business growth and the results are universal…
Lack of Results
Lack of Happiness
Lack of Freedom
LACK OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY 🤷♂️
2. Most Agents…
Start hoping and praying for a few more sales to make sure they can survive the holidays…
Start talking about how bad the market is and they
anticipate all will change in the spring…
Start shopping for their next brokerage solution because of course the current brokerage is usually the first to blame….
Will listen to ANYONE that has NEVER DONE JACK talk to them about all their systems and training and….
FOLLOW THE BOUNCING BALL…
It’s the same BOUNCING BALL every damn year…
Agents wanting to Build a Team but have not nearly mastered the business in any way shape or form first.
Think they need admin when quite frankly they’re not even close to that busy to warrant one.
(Yep I said it. Some of y’all aren’t quite as impressive as you think you are. Been there. Wrote the book 🙋🏻♂️)
Agents adding the next tech stack, lead gen system, social media guru etc to their business because it’s going to solve all their problems…
And when it doesn’t…
And when the agent burns through systems, staff, agents, and another coach or brokerage….
The Same Experience Repeats itself…
Year after year after year after year…
And the cycle continues…
Look around in your marketplace and you’ll see a long list of agents that have bounced around to 3-4 different shops in the last 5 - 10 years.
You’ll typically see the SAME RESULTS year after year as well.
Why?
Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes…
And there’s nothing wrong with changing a work environment…
But step back and see it for what it is.
Am I just another “Bouncing Ball?”
Or am I laying a ROCK SOLID FOUNDATION?
In all my years of training and development I can share this
Right Now More than ever…

Even when it’s the toughest of work to do.
