Do You need Realtor to lease?

Well if you want to know the prices of leased homes in the area that are comparables, and if you want to make sure the conditions that you want are included in the lease agreement, and if you want a professional to help you and send you homes that exactly fits your criterias, such as within a specific school boundary, or must have a laundry, or must have a garage, etc..... without costing you any additional fees than yes work with a Realtor for a lease

Always remember that the listing agent has the duty to work for the best interest of the landlord!
Same as having your own realtor will mandate your agent to work for your best interest!

It Does not cost you any additional fees to have your own realtor as a tenant, landlords usually pays realtors fees!
