🇨🇦🎉 19 PEOPLE. 6 PR APPLICATIONS. JUST 2 WEEKS! 🎉🇨🇦
What an incredible two weeks for our clients!
In the past two weeks alone, 19 individuals across 6 different PR applications received their Permanent Residence confirmation emails!
That is 19 individuals, including principal applicants, spouses, partners, and dependent children, celebrating a major milestone in their Canadian immigration journeys. 🥹
Every application has a different story, and I would love to share a little about each while protecting our clients' privacy.
🇨🇦 A SECOND CHANCE AFTER A PREVIOUS PR REFUSAL - Young couple
Pathway: Express Entry – Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
This couple previously experienced a PR refusal because of an issue with their employment documentation. For their new application, we carefully addressed the previous refusal, obtained updated supporting documents, and provided a detailed explanation demonstrating their eligibility.
A previous refusal does not necessarily mean the end of someone's Canadian dream. Sometimes, what matters is understanding exactly what went wrong and ensuring that the next application properly addresses those concerns.
🇨🇦 A COMPLEX LEGAL ISSUE, A SUCCESSFUL PR JOURNEY - FAMILY OF 3!
Pathway: Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)
Our principal applicant completed her studies in Saskatchewan and established her career in healthcare, eventually securing a provincial nomination for herself and her family.
However, this was not an entirely straightforward application.
One of the family members had a sensitive past legal matter that required careful assessment under Canada's criminal admissibility rules.
As their authorized representative, we had to thoroughly address the issue through proper disclosure, supporting documentation, and detailed legal submissions explaining why the circumstances should not prevent the family from obtaining permanent residence.
While we cannot disclose the specifics out of respect for our clients' privacy, this case reminds us that not every past legal issue automatically makes someone inadmissible to Canada.
Each case must be assessed based on its particular facts and applicable immigration laws.
Today, we celebrate another important milestone for this family of three!
🇨🇦 AFTER NEARLY 20 MONTHS OF WAITING, PR FOR A FAMILY OF 3!
Pathway: Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) – In-Demand Skills
Patience truly pays off! ❤️
This family of three has been on a long journey toward Canadian permanent residence. Their federal PR application was prepared back in February 2025, and after nearly 20 months, they finally received the PR confirmation emails they had been hoping for!
Our principal applicant qualified through her employment in Ontario's food-processing industry, demonstrating that permanent residence opportunities are not limited to professionals in high-skilled occupations.
Almost 20 months of waiting, uncertainty, and anticipation — but they persevered!
For this hardworking couple and their child, this long-awaited news marks an important milestone and the beginning of a new chapter in Canada.
Congratulations to this family of three! Your patience and perseverance have finally paid off! 🇨🇦❤️
🇨🇦 WHO SAYS IT'S TOO LATE TO BECOME A PERMANENT RESIDENT IN YOUR LATE 40s? — PR FOR A FAMILY OF 3!
Pathway: Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) – Employer Job Offer
One of the things that makes this approval particularly special is our principal applicant's age.
At 48 years old, she received her long-awaited PR confirmation email, together with her husband and their child! ❤️
Many aspiring immigrants worry that their chances of obtaining Canadian permanent residence become significantly smaller as they get older, especially because age affects Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points under Express Entry.
However, Express Entry is not the only pathway to permanent residence!
Our client successfully secured a provincial nomination through Ontario's Employer Job Offer pathway. Her qualifying employment, established life in Ontario, and compliance with provincial nomination requirements supported her journey toward PR.
Her story is a reminder that being in your late 40s does not automatically mean your Canadian immigration dream is over. The right immigration pathway can make all the difference.
Congratulations to this wonderful family of three! 🇨🇦❤️
🇨🇦 PR FOR AN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR AND HER FAMILY — 5 PEOPLE!
Pathway: Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)
This is our biggest family in this batch of approvals!
Our principal applicant studied in Alberta and established her career as an Early Childhood Educator.
Through her provincial nomination, her PR application included not only herself and her husband but also their three children.
Five family members celebrating a more secure future in Canada! ❤️
🇨🇦 PROVING A COMMON-LAW RELATIONSHIP ACROSS BORDERS — FAMILY OF 3!
Pathway: Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEIPNP)
This is another special case because our principal applicant was working in Canada, while his common-law partner and their child were living in the Philippines! ❤️
One of the most important aspects of this application was establishing the genuineness of their common-law partnership (CLP), especially since the couple had been living in different countries.
We had to carefully compile and present extensive documentation demonstrating their history of cohabitation, shared financial responsibilities, longstanding relationship, and continued commitment to each other despite the distance. The application also required additional legal explanations regarding their family circumstances.
What makes this case particularly meaningful is that we were not just applying for the principal applicant in Canada — we were also including his common-law partner and their child outside Canada as accompanying family members.
Their story reminds us that you do not necessarily have to be physically together in Canada to pursue permanent residence as a family. With the appropriate immigration pathway and sufficient supporting evidence, family members living abroad may also be included in a PR application.
Congratulations to this family of three on receiving their PR confirmation emails! One step closer to building their future together in Canada! 🇨🇦❤️
❤️ 19 INDIVIDUALS. 6 APPLICATIONS. 4 PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS + EXPRESS ENTRY. ONE INCREDIBLE TWO-WEEK PERIOD! 🇨🇦
As an RCIC-IRB, one of the most rewarding parts of my work is knowing that behind every application is a person or family who has invested so much time, money, effort, and hope into building a life in Canada.
Some have experienced previous refusals. Some pursued permanent residence through occupations that people do not traditionally associate with immigration pathways. Others spent years studying, working, and establishing themselves in their respective provinces.
Different backgrounds.
Different occupations.
Different immigration pathways.
United by the same dream of calling Canada home.
To our clients, congratulations! Thank you for trusting me with such an important part of your lives. It has been a privilege to represent you throughout this journey.
Here's to more families receiving wonderful news in the coming weeks! ❤️🇨🇦
