(2010). My additional training includes courses in Real Estate Fraud, Drinking Water Criteria, Indoor Air Quality, Immigration and Cultural Differences, Home Staging, Property Assessments and many others. To aid investors and to access an array of information, I have been a member in good standing with the London Property Management Association since 2003. I strive to keep abreast of all the changes that occur in the real estate and rental markets. I have also owned my own rental properties since 1996. Our partnership is enhanced with open communication, honesty, and integrity. I proudly call London, Ontario my home, where I live with my wife Laurie and our nine-year-old Chihuahua, Abby. Outside of the real estate business, I partake in a number of activities. During the winter, I try to snowboard as often as I can, and snowshoeing through the bush is another way that I enjoy the snowy climate. In warmer weather, you can probably find me camping, fishing, or going on hikes. I’m happiest when I’m taking in the great outdoors. I also love to travel, both throughout Canada and around the world. I have driven across Canada both east and west and seen many of the beautiful sights our country has to offer, from sunrise at Cape Spear to majestic grizzly bears in Bella Coola. In the last couple of years, I have also taken two incredible trips with my wife, one across Costa Rica and one through three countries in Africa—Zambia, Botswana, and Namibia.
