There are a lot of things to look at when you’re buying a home. Some are obvious, and some are really easy to miss.

A little water pooling near the foundation. A window well that doesn’t drain properly. Grading that sends water toward the house instead of away from it.

None of these things necessarily mean “walk away,” but they’re worth noticing and asking about before you make a decision.
