It didn’t take an entire village. But it did require more than a few bodies, willing to do some heavy lifting - literally. And Adam Deschenes still gets choked up recounting how many of his clients enthusiastically volunteered when he needed to move his Spectrum Fitness Centre to its present location on Lindsay’s Queen Street.
“I think I put up one or two posters asking for help,” says the affable Adam. “But (clients) stepped up so large to just be there for me.”
