Dan has been serving Surrey, Langley and the surrounding area real estate market for over 20 years. Dan started his real estate career with Royal Le Page, went on to win every award that the Remax organization offered and is now part of the Sutton Premier Team. Dan grew up in the farms and acreages of South Surrey and Langley, his grandparents’ farm was located right under Willowbrook Mall. Dan’s 20 + years as a successful realtor with happy clients and awards continues and progresses.
Dan started his real estate career selling subdivision acreages to developers. With years of construction experience that culminated in completing land assemblies, rezoning, and working with city Planning Departments, Dan has an expert understanding of working with appropriate architectural and engineering consultants.
When Dan became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1996, he had accomplished every goal he set for himself as a Construction Project Manager, and after 15 fortunate years wanted a change and more challenges. During his first year, he was awarded Rookie of the Year at Royal Le Page, by the second year he was an MLS Medallion Club recipient in the top 10% of the Real-Estate Board and he hasn’t looked back since.
