Pro-Tip💡: Getting an apostille is simpler than you think! One of my clients went to Service Ontario in Toronto to get official documents certified for use outside Canada. It’s the key step to validating things like degrees or birth certificates for your international adventures.

Service Ontario validates documents that have been notarized by me with zero issues. My signature and seal are authenticated and my clients can move on to the next step in their document process.

Did you know this?

If you’re ever asked to sign your child’s passport, don’t do it! 🙅‍♀️

Signing your child’s passport will make it invalid, and you will have to apply for a new one.

Instead, print off our signature policy and carry it with you when you travel so that you can present it to international border officials ➡️https://canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/passport/documents/pdf/signature-policy.pdf

Please note that if they want, the child may sign the passport themselves. We encourage them to sign it if they’re 11 or older, but they don’t have to.
