🏡 Inventory is down from 287 homes to 237 homes
📉 Months of inventory dropped from 2.13 to 1.77
💰 Average sale price remained remarkably stable at just over $1.11M
⏳ Average days on market increased slightly from 24 to 25 days
Despite fewer homes available, prices have stayed relatively flat year-over-year.
