A recent court decision recognized the importance of continuity, trust and a caregiver’s firsthand understanding of a loved one’s needs.

Despite opposition, Oak Tree Estate Law’s client was appointed committee of the person for her spouse of 22 years. The court acknowledged her long-standing role as his primary caregiver and found that she was best placed to make decisions regarding his personal care.

This matter was successfully handled by Taylor Anne Sali.
