Another one officially SOLD in Cache Creek!

This one is especially nice to see come together. My sellers are ready for their next chapter and a move back to be closer to family, and I’m really happy we were able to get everything lined up so they can make the move before the snow starts flying and the real cold sets in. The market has changed since 2022 pricing but we were still able to make this one work.

There’s something pretty rewarding about a sale when you know it’s helping people get where they genuinely want to be.
