This is pretty interesting. We learn about Citizen's Arrest in law school but it happens almost never in the real world. I don't think I can name an instance that anyone I have ever spoken with was involved in one, even in ten years of practicing law.

I've heard of this being an issue for years, and certainly there are some communities that could use a hand with sorting out proper, legal title of properties for their residents. Property issues can get messy!
