True story.

The hardest part of triathlon training for me is the swimming.

More specifically, remembering to breathe while also not trying to swallow half the pool.

A shifting Halifax market doesn’t mean buyers suddenly hold all the cards or that sellers have missed their chance.

It means the gap between homes that sell and homes that sit is getting wider.

Buyers have more choice and room to negotiate, but the best homes still move quickly.
