Our girl turned 3 yesterday and we celebrated in true Maple style!

She had her favourite food made into a birthday cake, and tolerated a birthday hat just long enough for a picture! A long hike, chasing sticks, playing ball and plenty of attention…I’d say she’s living her very best life!

A lot of the things REALTORS® say sound dramatic, outdated, or just plain annoying.

But after helping buyers and sellers in the Halifax market for years, I can tell you most of these clichés exist because we keep seeing the same patterns play out over and over again.

The buyers who hesitate and lose the home.
The sellers who overprice and chase the market down.
The “perfect” home that never actually appears.
