I grew up in Whitby in the late 1950s when the population of the town was similar to Minden and Haliburton. I spent the first 15 years of my working career in Toronto as a Property Manager with Y&R Properties Ltd., and then Oxford Development Group Ltd. During these years I managed many of the well-known downtown office buildings with a staff of 70 employees. I negotiated all contracts including union, elevator, cleaning, and window cleaning. My budget and responsibilities were substantial. These were exciting times in the city as new commercial development was happening downtown.

After leaving Oxford I spent 5 years with Vanguard Trust as Manager of Mortgage Administration. During the late 1980s I obtained my Commercial Pilot License and Instructor Rating and taught flying at the Oshawa Flying Club while completing my B.A. at the University of Toronto and then my Masters in Environmental Studies at York University. My last decade spent working in Toronto was with Bank of Montreal as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). In 2006 I joined the Century 21 family and am delighted to work with this team of professionals.

My extensive and broad work experience has provided me with in-depth knowledge of issues concerning identity theft and mortgage fraud, as well as the environmental assessment process and sewage systems. My work history and education have helped to further my analytical skills and supported my ability to make sound judgments, all of which are put to good use in the selling and buying process.
