Lately, life has looked a little like controlled chaos.

5am alarms. Dance bags in the car. HYROX training. Client appointments. Coffee reheated three times. Glitter somehow everywhere.

This season of life has been busy in every sense of the word, but it’s also been teaching me something really important:
Women are allowed to make space for BOTH motherhood and personal goals at the same time.

For a long time, I think many of us felt like pursuing things for ourselves had to come second. But I’ve realized that showing up for myself doesn’t take away from being a mom — it actually makes me better in all the roles I carry.

Some days I feel on top of it all.
Other days I’m surviving on caffeine, dry shampoo, and calendar reminders.

But somewhere in the middle of all the chaos, I know these are the seasons I’ll probably miss someday 🤍

(And yes… there are currently enough bobby pins and protein bars in my car to survive a small emergency.)
