Peter grew up in Stoney Creek and has strong roots in the Hamilton community. He developed a passion for homes at a young age, working various jobs in construction. He gained valuable sales experience in the HVAC industry, and later, became a certified energy advisor for the government-led EcoEnergy Retrofit Homes Program. This background formed a solid basis for his understanding of the house as a system. Peter’s interest in homes grew with his participation in over 50 renovation projects, and he began investing in rental properties throughout the city to build his portfolio. Peter’s love for real estate naturally led to his decision to become a REALTOR®. He acquired his licence and began his career almost a decade ago. While working with clients, Peter noticed a shortage of homes on the market that met their wish-list criteria. Eager to bridge the gap and motivated by his entrepreneurial spirit, Peter obtained his Tarion licence and also established his own custom homebuilding company Cicala Homes. A natural people person, Peter enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them make informed decisions, with all options considered.
