Meet the team: Hayley Gardner

Hayley Gardner is one of our newest associates at Foster & Company!

Originally from Corner Brook, NL, Hayley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Bishop’s University in Sherbrooke, QC, before returning to Atlantic Canada in 2022 to attend law school at the University of New Brunswick. She now proudly calls New Brunswick home.

When she's not working, Hayley enjoys walking her dogs, watching hockey, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is also passionate about giving back to her community and has volunteered with Meals on Wheels of Fredericton for several years.

Meet the Team - Lori Daniels

As a litigation paralegal at Foster & Company, Lori supports the firm’s lawyers by preparing pleadings, Affidavits of Documents, production materials, and summarizing medical and financial documents. With over 25 years in the legal field and experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, and Certified Risk Manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

Originally from Miramichi, Lori moved to Fredericton to attend UNB and fell in love with the city. She has three adult children nearby and enjoys spending time with them. Outside of work, Lori loves golfing in the summer, snowshoeing in the winter, and staying busy with crafting, gardening, day trips to the water, and her cats.
