Collaborative Law Collaborative Law is an area within Divorce/Family Law that is akin to mediation as opposed to litigation. It is designed to help couples part amicably.

I am a Divorce & Family Law Lawyer with over a decade experience handling property division, custody and parenting, child and spousal support and other issues within divorces/separations via litigation/court system. I am now focusing on a specialized area within family law called Collaborative Law that strives to keep parties out of court system thereby allowing the parties to reach resolutions by

agreement rather than by court direction. This process is designed to assist the parties in creating and maintaining working co-parenting relationships between the parties post separation. It also facilitates reaching an amicable resolution to property division and issues such as child and/or spousal support.
