We are delighted to announce that on July 8, 2024, our former articling student, Sadie Schaeffer, was admitted to the Alberta Bar. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement, Sadie!

Sadie will be staying on with us an Associate. She is excited to take on this new role and to continue assisting clients with their legal needs once she returns from her well-deserved vacation.

Our former articling student Toyin Akinnola was admitted to the Alberta Bar on May 29, 2024. We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to her for this great accomplishment! Sadly, she has left us to rejoin her family and practice law in British Columbia. She will be missed, but we wish her all the best in her future endeavours!

Meet Sandra Badejo, the founder of Badejo Law Group. Sandra has been practicing law since 2003 and has been an active member of the Law Society of Aberta since 2010. She currently practices in all areas of Family Law, including representing children and youths in child welfare matters. Sandra’s areas of practice also include Wills and Estates Law and Real Estate Law.

Sandra works hard for her clients and values helping individuals resolve disputes outside the adversarial court process. That being said, she has had much success in court and is a strong advocate for her clients.

When Sandra isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, volunteering and cooking. She is also an enthusiastic sports fan.
