PART TIME LAWYER (LADNER)
We are looking for a PART TIME LAWYER (ideally 3 days/week but we are flexible) to work in our busy legal practice located in South Delta. There is the opportunity for full time work if you are the right candidate. Our areas of practice include: wills and estates; corporate law; and real estate. We do not do any litigation.
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Prior experience in estates (drafting of wills, powers of attorney and documents to apply for probate) and corporate law (preparing annual resolutions, documents to effect reorganizations);
- Real estate conveyancing experience (or desire to learn). We intend to have a small conveyancing practice (max. 20 deals/month);
- Ability to respond to client inquiries with professionalism and patience;
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Most importantly, strong interpersonal skills (we are a small office and relationships and customer service are of utmost importance);
