The story behind the signs 🏡
“Not sure if you remember us, but you helped us buy and sell eight years ago…”
Of course I remembered them. 🥰
This time, they had spotted a home for sale across from their parents - on the very street where one of them had grown up. A move wasn’t in the immediate plan, but their family was outgrowing their current home, and this opportunity felt too special not to explore.
From the moment we stepped inside, we could see the possibilities: more room to grow, family just across the street, and a forever home where holidays, birthdays and everyday moments could unfold.
We prepared a thoughtful offer that considered more than price - and we got it!
Then came the work of preparing and selling their current home. There were challenges along the way, including an initial offer that didn’t make it to closing, but we stayed calm, adjusted the plan and kept moving forward.
Now the sold sign is up, the closing-day sign is at their new front door, and this wonderful family can finally exhale and begin making memories in a home that feels meant for them.
