The Halifax real estate market continues to move toward a more balanced pace compared to the fast-moving markets we've experienced over the past few years.

📈 Inventory has increased to 1,500 active residential listings, giving buyers more choice than we've seen in recent years. As a result, homes are taking a little longer to sell, with the average days on market now sitting at 41 days.

💰 While conditions have softened slightly, home values remain stable. The average sale price is now $611,252, up 1.2% year-over-year, demonstrating continued confidence in our market. Sellers are still achieving strong results, with homes selling at an average of 98.18% of list price.
