* Rate: Peaked at 1% in 2010, then lowered to 0.5% by mid-2015.
* Home Prices: Started at $318K in 2010, gradually climbing to $355K by 2015. Think of it like a gentle incline on a treadmill, no major surprises

2017-2018: The “Growth Spurt” 📈
* Rate: Began rising, hitting 1.75% by late 2018.
