to my buyers, and congrats on the successful upsizing! Detached is still on 🔥 as demand continues to upgrow supply now and forever for Metro Vancouver at least.

The process to build is a lengthy and regulated process with multiple inspections and permits. To control real estate prices can only be achieved if supply is greater than the demand. Difficult to accomplish unless homes get built faster than our population grows.
