I had the honour of serving as Master of Ceremonies for Hospice Georgian Triangle's Care Gala on Saturday night. It's hard to think of a more noble organization to support than this one! Thanks to the incredible volunteers, staff, leadership team and generous donors, the event raised over $500,000 to support hospice palliative care in the South Georgian Bay region and at Campbell House. Congratulations and thanks to everyone who gave their time and resources to making the evening such a resounding success!

Great afternoon talking family law with the students at Georgian College's Law Clerk Program. If you're looking for a bright, ambitious and eager-to-learn new recruit for your law firm, I met some pretty great candidates today! The enthusiasm and dedication level of this group was impressive (no wonder their teacher ADORES them!). After class, almost all of them stayed an extra 45 minutes to go through materials in prep for their exam next week. On a Friday afternoon?! That's some good students, right there!
