We are a medium-sized firm with a small office feel. In business for eight years, we have experienced consistent growth since opening and manage a high volume of conveyancing files. Our team consists of two notaries and six support staff. We are looking for a conveyancer with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a legal office. More experience is preferred and wage will be commensurate with experience. Must be able to work independently and handle a minimum of 25 conveyance files per month. We offer a competitive wage, bonuses and flexibility with time off. Other benefits in lieu of group plan coverage may be available for the right candidate. We are so proud of how we all worked together to close a record number of real estate transactions. We truly are all in this together! Please note our holiday hours. To all clients, friends and community members:

Like you, we are focused on slowing the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. We are committed to preserving the safety of our staff, clients and the community, while continuing to assist with the needs of the public.

During the next few weeks please do not visit our office unless you already have a scheduled appointment. We are limiting appointments to only those necessary to complete real estate purchases, sales and mortgages.

We are following all social distancing recommendations, asking all clients to wash their hands upon arrival at our office, sanitizing all surfaces between each client meeting, and screening clients before arrival to their appointment.

At this time, we are able to accommodate our normal workload with respect to real estate purchases, sales and mortgages. However, this may change if the government suggests or mandates further restrictions. Circumstances outside of our control could cause delays in our ability to meet deadlines. We are maintaining communication with all clients on our in-process transactions, and welcome you to call us if you have any questions about our capacity to take on new real estate related work.

Currently, we are not providing non-essential services such as Notarizations, Wills, Powers of Attorney or Representation Agreements. If you do not require estate planning services immediately, you are welcome to contact our office to schedule a future appointment, which may need to be re-scheduled if the current conditions do not improve.

If you have recently returned to Canada from outside the country, or if you have any symptoms of the flu or a cold, please refrain from attending our office, and instead call or email.

We ask for your patience during this crisis. We understand that you may have a lot of questions and concerns, and we encourage you to contact us by phone or email. We will make our best efforts under the circumstances to be of assistance to you. Thank you, and stay safe and healthy!
