I’ll be honest: sometimes the best advice I can give is don’t sell. Or don’t buy yet. Or stay exactly where you are.

Not because I don’t love helping people move, but because I care about helping people make good decisions for their actual lives.

No two families are the same. Two people can ask me “How’s the market?” and get completely different answers… because their timelines, goals, kids, finances, and stress levels are different.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer in real estate.

There’s only your answer.

That’s why I always want to look at the full picture and talk it through, even when the right move is not making a move at all.

We’re teaming up to host a fun, drop-in event all about swapping gently used holiday decor — and finding something “new to you” to make your home feel festive again!

🎁 Here’s how it works:
Bring gently used holiday decor → Earn tickets based on what you drop off → Come “shop” the swap and pick out your new pieces!

📅 Event Day: Saturday, November 22, 2025
⏰ 10AM – 12PM (drop-in style)
📍 Nest Realty Office – 150 Wellington St. W, Chatham
🎟️ Free to attend – registration required!

✨ Drop-Off Times:
Please bring your items in advance so we can organize everything before the swap!
📅 Monday, November 17 | 4PM – 7PM
📅 Tuesday, November 18 | 10AM – 4PM

✨ Ticket System:
🔴 1 red ticket = 1 ornament
🟢 1 green ticket = larger decor item (or 4 ornaments)

🎁 Also at the Event — Holiday Wrapping Supply Swap!
When you drop off your decor, feel free to also bring: wrapping paper (partial rolls welcome!), gift bags, ribbons, bows, tags, tissue paper, etc.

On event day, everyone can take the wrapping the supplies they need — no tickets required for this part! 🌟

Honestly, asking my friends to write a little bio about me turned into this heartwarming journey I didn’t even realize I needed. It reminded me how important it is to tell the people we love how much they mean to us — not just on special occasions, but in the everyday moments too.

Reading their words made me stop and think about who I am — the friend, the mom, the wife, the dreamer, the Real Estate Agent — and how all those pieces fit together. Some of what they wrote felt like glowing reviews (thank you, friends 🥹💛), but they genuinely touched my heart and meant so much because they reflected the way I hope to show up for the people in my life.

It also helped me realize why I’ve been craving a bit of separation online — not to split myself in two, but to give space for both sides of me to exist fully. One page where I can focus on helping families find home, and another where I can share the stories, chaos, and heart that fill my own.

Whether you’re here for real estate, or for the everyday life that happens in between, I’d love for you to follow along. Both will be authentically me — just in different ways.
