Dimeski Law, Employment & Human Rights Lawyer Dimeski Law represents workers in all employment issues. Wrongful termination, human rights, and WSIB

Ministry of Labour orders over $25,000 in compensation for termination + severance pay and reprisal damages to fired worker. Worker was let go "for cause" based on performance issues after being placed on a Performance Improvement Plan ("PIP").

Ministry found no wilful misconduct for not meeting PIP. Ministry also found the employer caused undue hardship to the worker post-termination simply because the worker exercised their rights and started a claim. Pain + suffering damages were awarded as a result.

It was an honour to advocate for this worker!

We loved hanging out with Kronk, thank you to the team at Pet and Wildlife Rescue !

Kronk had a great visit with the staff at Dimeski Law in downtown Chatham. The staff took a few minutes away from their busy schedules helping those with employment and human rights cases, and had some fun, playing and socializing with the shepherd with the floppiest ears!

Kronk is a 4.5 month old Shepherd who is neutered and ready to find his new home.

Kronk has your heart? Go to https://pawr.org/view-animal/52511962/ and complete an adoption application.

These rights were not given so easily. Workers...
