Great opportunity to network with other business owners through a mentorship program. There are more spots available in Castlegar, come join us 😊

Only a few spots remain in our and Community-Based Mentorship groups, and applications are closing soon!

If you're in one of these communities, don't miss your opportunity to connect with a supportive network of women entrepreneurs who understand the challenges and opportunities of running a business.

WeBC's Community-Based Mentorship program brings women entrepreneurs together to learn, grow, and support one another. Led by experienced women entrepreneurs who understand the realities of business ownership, these groups provide a welcoming space to build meaningful connections and gain valuable business insights.

Make a Will Week is here—are you ready?

Did you know that only 50% of British Columbians have a signed, legally valid, and up to date will? That’s a 6% increase since 2018—but there's still work to do. Whether you’re buying a home, welcoming a new family member, or simply planning ahead, now’s the time to act.

What a great story! We love this little marina and it was the first piece of Castlegar we were introduced to when we were looking at moving to the area. We were also supposed to rent Dave and Tasha’s cabin August long weekend but had to cancel because of the smoke. Next chance we get we will be back to support this hard working inspiring young couple and business owners! Thanks for keeping Scottie’s alive for the next generation 🩵

It’s the little things we do spontaneously that sometimes make the biggest difference for people like not charging for a do over of an invitation letter. Moments like this make me love what I do 🩵

Today marks 3 years in business for West Koots Notary! Opening and running your own business is not an easy task but having the right people in your corner makes all the difference. So for my team including my loving family and friends. The incredible support we have received from the surrounding communities in the West Kootenays has been overwhelming. Finally we wouldn’t be here without our amazing legal profession colleagues who have been a huge support as we learn and grow. Cheers 🥂 to three years and many more 🎊
